Have you ever wondered how to harness the valuable resource of
water to improve your habitat? From the floodplain to the birdbath,
water plays a critical role in creating a backyard ecosystem. This
program will offer information on how to address problems of water
quality and quantity. Learn about low-impact development practices,
like rain gardens and bioswales, that can help address flooding,
improve water quality and allow for the incorporation of native plants.
